Return & Refund Policy for Parts & Accessories
- RETURNS
- All items must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase.
- Original receipt required for all returns
- All merchandise must be returned in original condition and in original packaging.
- REFUNDS
- Credit card- return amount will be credited to original credit card only customer must present card at time of return (minus a 3% charge)
- Cash sale-cash refunds will only be allowed at store for same day return of purchase only; otherwise refund will be processed as a check request from our corporate office. Allow 14 days for processing.
- RECEIPT OF REFUND
- Electrical items - no return on electrical items (except manufacturer's warranty returns).
- Warranty/product defect returns—all merchandise must be returned within manufacturer's stated warranty period with original receipt. Merchandise will be exchanged only. No refunds.
- REFUNDS
- Non-stock special order merchandise—no returns -100% non-refundable deposit is required.
- RETURN POLICY FOR TRAILERS
- Absolutely no returns accepted on trailers. All sales are final. Contact your trailer manufacturer if you feel there is a defect concerning your trailer within the ownership warranty coverage period.
